Members of aespa and NewJeans recently collaborated on a dance challenge, where Minji and Haerin from NewJeans visited Karina and Giselle from aespa at SM Entertainment. Similarly, Winter and NingNing from aespa went to HYBE to meet with Danielle and Hanni from NewJeans.
During their interactions, Karina tasked Minji with an undercover job – she handed her stickers from aespa’s “Armageddon” campaign, instructing her to surreptitiously spread them throughout HYBE’s premises.
Minji discussed this covert mission on a live stream.
Minji laughingly said, “[Karina] sunbaenim handed me the ‘alien invasion’ stickers and told me to scatter them everywhere at the company!! I actually did put them up here and there without my manager finding out.”
In defiance of her manager, Minji took on the task and, as promised, there were indeed sightings of the stickers around HYBE, including in the elevators.
People noticed aespa’s stickers all over HYBE, placed by Minji without her manager’s knowledge, with images circulating of the stickers scattered throughout the location.
