Anticipation is high for K-Pop sensation aespa’s upcoming second global tour, the 2024 aespa Live Tour—SNYK: Parallel Line, commencing in Seoul on the 29th and 30th of June.
The tour will continue across several destinations, including Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taipei, connecting aespa with their international following.
However, fans have been left puzzled by mistakes on their Seoul concert tickets, which featured incorrect dates.
Instead of displaying the accurate concert dates of June 29 and 30, the tickets showed June 28 and 29, leading to confusion.
The ticket distributor, Melon Ticket, subsequently addressed the error via a text message to ticket holders.
“Hello, this is Melon Ticket. We are informing you about the issue of the tickets. The card tickets have been misprinted with the wrong dates. Entrances will be permitted based on the purchased dates.
Please note that due to the proximity to the concert dates, reissuing tickets is not feasible. For those seeking new tickets, we will be facilitating exchanges at the venue. You must hand in the mailed tickets in order to receive replacements. We apologize for the inconvenience and promise to strive to enhance our service. Thank you.”
