As part of the 11th anniversary celebrations of BTS‘s debut, fans from all around the globe are showing their unyielding support and love at the 2024 FESTA.
Dedicated messages from the members to their beloved ARMY were a highlight, especially the emotional handwritten note from the maknae, Jungkook.
“Hello, this is Jungkook. Sorry, my handwriting has worsened as I haven’t written a handwritten letter in a long time. Everyone! I am doing fine. Of course, there are some difficult moments, but I am pulling through as I think of the day I can meet you all again. Some moments are so fun that I forget that I am having a tough time.
Did you get the chance to hear our fan song, ‘Never Let Go’ that we released in June? I instantly felt it should be dedicated to our fans. I hope you received my message through it. I had also wanted to present a live performance, but time constraints made it difficult. If an opportunity arises in the future, I would love to perform it for you on stage (though nothing is planned yet). Beyond anything, I long to perform and hear the voices of ARMY cheering us on. I’m looking forward to creating more amazing music for you to enjoy. Even though winter has just passed and summer is not quite here, I already miss the cold and look forward to winter again.
Time seems to be moving so slowly, perhaps because I miss you all so much. If I make the most of this time, I’ll be with you again in no time, right? Hwaiting!
